Every Trip is Different!

You may choose to be on the water for 2 hours to all day.
Most of our Guests choose a two to three hour adventure.

Two hours allows us to cruise north to Cumberland Island National Seashore.  We can expect to encounter dolphins, manatees, alligtors, and wild horses.  Enjoy breathtaking environment when we cruise through hundreds of acres of saltmarsh.  Be on the lookout for deer, wild pigs, and turkeys along the riverbanks of Cumberland Island.  We have even seen bobcats!
Three hours will allow us to enjoy a slower pace, and spend more time observing the wildlife.  We may also be able to explore a little further.
The longer we are out there the more wildlife we will see.

Four hours or longer, and we become destination bound.

The quaint river front town of St. Marys is close by.
Another option is to be dropped off on a white, sandy beach for shelling or picnicing.

For a great adventure, spend the whole day on the water.

Head north and explore Cumberland Island's river side.  We will see all kinds of wildlife...dolphins, gators, horses, osprey, marshbirds, etc.  Jump the inlet to Jekyll Island, and enjoy lunch at the Jekyll Island Club Hotel.  Stretch your legs with a stroll around the historic hotel's grounds before we zip back to Amelia Island.
This is one of Captain Carol's favorite trips to enjoy with her family.

Head south under the bridge and see Amelia Island's river front homes.
You can play on a beautiful, and sometimes private, white sand beach at Bird Island
or continue south to Kingsley Plantation on Fort George Island.  Stroll the the beautiful grounds, and explore the main house, out buildings, a period garden, the barn, and a well preserved slave community.  The plantations shady river front lawn is a nice picnic spot.

Adventures are great for families, friends, and couples.  We have celebrated birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, reunions, valentines, and several more occasions with our guests.

We will try to do whatever our guests want to do.  We are sometimes at the mercy of the weather and the tides, but don't worry, we will advise you accordingly for a fun, safe adventure.
